About Gretchen

"I've spent my whole career working on economic inequality — and my whole life learning what it means to truly elevate your financial life."

I grew up watching my single mother struggle financially, and that experience set me on a lifelong path of understanding why some people thrive economically while others — often through no fault of their own — are left behind.


For 25 years I've worked in economic development and small business development in Latin America and Canada, supported cooperative enterprises with Indigenous and rural communities in Bolivia and Ecuador, supported women's entrepreneurship in Canada, and worked alongside the five major Canadian banks to make lending more accessible for BIPOC women.


Along the way I did my own work — healing my relationship with money, building financial literacy, and reaching a place of real security. That journey is at the heart of everything I do with clients.


I'm not an accountant. I'm a financial coach and business advisor — someone who combines deep expertise with genuine warmth, and who meets you exactly where you are.
